When Brad comes out to assess an issue, I know he’ll give me the same guidance he’d give his family. He even *saved* us money a few years ago by pointing out that one of the parts replaced by a previous company (prior to us finding Lovejoy HVAC) was still under warranty. He did all the legwork to figure that out without us even asking. The part was free! This is the only company we call.

You’re almost never excited to call a HVAC company because it usually means you’re having a really bad day, but they were so easy to deal with and went out of their way to get our air working again as quickly as humanly possible. We definitely won’t ever use anyone else, there’s a reason every local group says to only call them!

We do seasonal maintenance every year and they always do a great job. Recently our damper was having issues and they quickly repaired it as well as updating our thermostat. Highly recommend this company and the work they do.
