They are super responsive to phone calls or texts and are most helpful in trying to get you comfortable as soon as possible in an urgent situation. We have used them multiple times to repair A/C or Heating parts and also to make replacements. Brad and Stephen are extremely friendly and give you great service.

Lovejoy HVAC did a great job replacing my 2 AC units. I have used Lovejoy HVAC for maintenance for the past 2 years and they have done a great job. I decided to give them an opportunity to bid on my new units, as they me unit was out and they were both 15 years old. They were professional and competitive versus the bigger companies. I am very comfortable with my buying decision and will be using them for service.
