I have used Lovejoy HVAC for all my heat/air needs for several years. They are always punctual and professional. They take their time with the semi-annual checkups and diagnose any potential problems. Service calls, when needed, are handled with the same concern for the customer’s home comfort and pocketbook. No jacking up the price for unnecessary parts and labor. After evaluation of any problem, I receive a clear, understandable description of the problem and honest options for a remedy. The cost of service is very reasonable. I have also had Lovejoy HVAC replace one of my AC units and the process went very smoothly with minimum inconvenience. Five stars is all that is allowed, but I give Lovejoy HVAC my full endorsement and recommendation.

This is our second service with Lovejoy HVAC. The service provider arrived within the specified time period and texted to let me know when he was on his way. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Lovejoy HVAC to service our heating and air conditioning.

Lovejoy HVAC is a great option for your HVAC needs. We received same day service response. Once it was determined our unit needed to be replaced, our options were clearly laid out to us by Brad. Our new system was installed 3 days later. All service was professional and courteous. Contact was made with us throughout the entire process. Highly recommend them for any and all HVAC needs.

A/C seemed to not be working. I called on a Saturday evening and talked directly with Brad. He came on Sunday morning and checked everything out. Wonderful to know that I can get in touch and have such prompt and caring service!!!
