This is our second service with Lovejoy HVAC. The service provider arrived within the specified time period and texted to let me know when he was on his way. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. We will continue to use Lovejoy HVAC to service our heating and air conditioning.
I have used Lovejoy HVAC for all my heat/air needs for several years. They are always punctual and professional. They take their time with the semi-annual checkups and diagnose any potential problems. Service calls, when needed, are handled with the same concern for the customer’s home comfort and pocketbook. No jacking up the price for unnecessary parts and labor. After evaluation of any problem, I receive a clear, understandable description of the problem and honest options for a remedy. The cost of service is very reasonable. I have also had Lovejoy HVAC replace one of my AC units and the process went very smoothly with minimum inconvenience. Five stars is all that is allowed, but I give Lovejoy HVAC my full endorsement and recommendation.

Lovejoy HVAC is your best choice for A/C and heating services. They are super responsive to phone calls or texts and are most helpful in trying to get you comfortable as soon as possible in an urgent situation. We have used them multiple times to repair A/C or Heating parts and also to make replacements. Brad and Stephen are extremely friendly and give you great service.
