A customer in Lucas, TX called about an error code appearing on their Ecobee thermostat. Our technician arrived to find the thermostat was shutting off the system due to excessive heat buildup. We replaced the dirty air filter and opened all the closed vents throughout the home. This restored proper airflow and allowed the system to run normally again. The thermostat is now staying on and operating as expected.
