Our technician visited a home in Allen, TX to address a clogged condensate drain line on the upstairs air conditioning system. A blocked drain line is a common AC issue, especially during the hot Texas summers when the system runs hard and moisture builds up quickly. Left untreated, a clogged drain can cause water to back up into the unit, leading to water damage or a system shutdown. We cleared the blockage and confirmed the drain was flowing properly before leaving. The system was back to normal operation by the end of the visit.
