A customer in Parker, TX called about two of their three air conditioning units not working properly. Our technician arrived to find that both units had activated float switches. This safety feature turns off the AC when water builds up in the drain pan. We added two isolation valves and cleared the blocked drain lines on both systems. After checking the refrigerant pressures on the master bedroom unit, both air conditioners were cooling normally again. Lovejoy HVAC quickly restored comfort to this home by addressing the drainage issues that were preventing proper operation.
